Refund policy
Passion for Pigs Veterinary Service LLC has a strict no-return policy. Due to biosecurity and product integrity standards, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns on refrigerated, medicated, opened, or special-order items.
Exceptions If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims must include photographs and documentation of the issue. All claims are subject to verification. Approved exceptions may be subject to a restocking fee.
Carrier Damage Responsibility for damage that occurs during transit rests with the carrier. All original packaging and contents must be retained for carrier inspection. Please contact the carrier as soon as possible to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist with documentation throughout that process.
