Shipping policy
Standard Shipping A flat shipping rate of $13.49 per order applies to all eligible items shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders totaling more than $350.00 qualify for free shipping on eligible items only.
Excluded Items Certain products are excluded from flat-rate and free shipping. Excluded items will be clearly marked on the product page and include, but are not limited to:
- Frozen products
- Refrigerated products
- Oversized or overweight items
- Hazardous materials
- Items marked "Freight"
Shipping charges for excluded items are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and again when it has shipped. Tracking information is typically provided within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Frozen & Refrigerated Shipments Frozen and refrigerated products ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to minimize transit delays and temperature exposure. Additional freight charges apply to all frozen or refrigerated shipments. In cases of severe weather, carrier delays, or conditions that may compromise product integrity, shipments may be held to protect the product.

Damage, Shortages & Lost Packages All damage, shortage, or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
