Product Use Products must be used according to manufacturer directions. Responsibility for misuse, improper storage, or noncompliance with labeling instructions lies solely with the purchaser. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

Warranty Disclaimer Products are sold in accordance with manufacturer standards and specifications. We make no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Prescription Products Products marked "Rx" require a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian prior to order processing. Prescription items cannot be added to cart without completing the required authorization on the product page, providing their contact information, their pet's name and species, and their veterinarian's contact details. Passion for Pigs Veterinary Service LLC will coordinate with you and your veterinarian to obtain the required prescription authorization. Prescription items will not be processed, charged, or shipped until a valid prescription is confirmed. For orders containing both prescription and non-prescription items, non-prescription items will be processed and shipped as normal while prescription items are held pending verification. If prescription authorization is not received within 5 days, only the prescription item will be canceled and voided.
