Cancellation policy

Non-Recurring Orders Non-recurring orders may be canceled before they have been processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Subscription / Recurring Orders Products offered with recurring purchase options or subscription services may be canceled at any time prior to the next scheduled billing date.
