Indications
For the vaccination of healthy swine and newborn pigs 1 day of age and older as an aid effective against chronic pneumonia caused by Mhp.

RespiSure-ONE® allows for vaccination for mycoplasmal pneumonia when you process baby pigs. This is important because Mhp may infect pigs within the first three weeks of life.1,2 When your goal is healthy herds, RespiSure-ONE provides early, easy and effective protection from the start.

What Is It For?
For the vaccination of healthy swine and newborn pigs 1 day of age and older effective against chronic pneumonia caused by Mhp.

How Effective Is It?
When challenged, pigs vaccinated at 1 day of age showed reduced lung lesions, colonization and shedding.3 RespiSure-ONE® is demonstrated safe for use in 1-day-old pigs.3 Duration of immunity in 1-day-old pigs has not been established.

Reduction in severity of Mhp colonization. Pigs vaccinated at 1 day of age had an 85% reduction in the number of mycoplasma bacterial cells in bronchial swab samples when compared with nonvaccinated controls.3
Reduction of Mhp shedding. At 17, 21 and 24 days after challenge, the percentage of vaccinates of RespiSure-ONE that shed Mhp was less than the control pigs.3
Twenty-five-week duration of immunity. Pigs vaccinated at 3 to 8 days of age and challenged 25 weeks later had a 95% reduction in lung lesions and a significantly superior serological response, compared with nonvaccinated controls.4
Improved immune response. Amphigen®, the adjuvant in RespiSure-ONE, helps provide a duration of immunity with a high degree of safety, ease of use and syringeability.

Dosage and Administration
Shake well. Aseptically administer a 2-mL dose intramuscularly. RespiSure-ONE® also may be given as two 1-mL doses administered two weeks apart.
